(From my sketchbook.) A prisoner of The Inquisition lies in a rat infested dungeon passing from one grisly fate to another. A nightmare conjured from the fevered imagination of Edgar Allen Poe. It is like a poem scribbled on the cell of a wall in some forgotten purgatory.
